Fractional resurfacing laser

Our advanced Frac Revive™ fractional laser resurfacing treatments are designed to support skin rejuvenation by stimulating the skin’s natural renewal processes. Using innovative fractional laser technology, Frac Revive™ targets concerns such as uneven pigmentation, skin texture, and overall skin quality, helping to promote a smoother, more refreshed appearance. Each treatment plan is tailored to individual concerns and goals.

A personalised consultation is conducted to assess your skin and determine whether Frac Revive™ is a suitable treatment option for your needs.

This treatment may be suitable for:

  • Uneven skin texture

  • Visible signs of skin ageing

  • Acne or post-trauma scarring

  • Skin quality concerns

  • Overall skin rejuvenation

Treatment considerations include:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Recent sun exposure or tanning products

  • Active skin infection, inflammation, or impaired skin integrity

  • Certain allergies, medical conditions or medications that increase photosensitivity

  • Individual treatment contraindications as determined by your medical practitioner

Begin with a personalised skin consultation and assessment. Our qualified practitioners will guide you through the treatment process, including aftercare recommendations, expected recovery, and any potential risks or side effects to support informed decision-making.

A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment to support comfort. During fractional resurfacing, you may experience heat, tingling, or a prickling sensation as controlled laser energy creates micro-injuries within the skin. The treatment is generally well tolerated, with some downtime expected. Temporary redness, swelling, warmth, and sensitivity are common following treatment.

As the skin heals, it is normal to experience dryness, a rough or sandpaper-like texture, and mild flaking or shedding. In some cases, the skin may temporarily appear bronzed before fresh, renewed skin is revealed. Recovery time varies depending on the treatment intensity and individual healing response.

A course of treatments may be recommended for optimal outcomes. Results develop progressively over time as the skin remodels, with gradual improvements in skin texture, tone, and overall skin quality.

Results vary between individuals. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

Before treatment

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning products for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.

  • Inform your clinician of any skin sensitivities, allergies, medications, or recent skin and cosmetic treatments.

  • A prescribed skincare routine may be advised in the weeks prior to treatment.

  • Follow any pre-treatment instructions provided during your consultation.

After treatment

  • Temporary redness, swelling, warmth, and skin sensitivity are common following treatment.

  • Mild dryness, a rough or sandpaper-like texture, bronzing, and flaking or shedding of the skin may occur as part of the normal healing process.

  • Avoid picking, scratching, exfoliating, or rubbing treated areas.

  • Avoid vigorous exercise, saunas, hot showers, swimming pools, and excessive heat for 24–48 hours, or as advised by your practitioner.

  • Avoid active skincare products, including exfoliating acids, retinoids, and other potentially irritating products until the skin has fully recovered or as directed by your practitioner.

  • Maintain adequate hydration and apply broad-spectrum SPF daily. Strict sun protection is essential throughout your treatment course and recovery period.

  • Follow all treatment-specific aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
